Why Hoztlr exists
The gap between hosting companies and agencies.
Hoztlr was founded by Tashan Russell, a developer and managing director, after years of seeing the same pattern: businesses whose websites genuinely mattered to their revenue, running on setups that nobody owned. The hosting company handled the server and nothing else. The agency handled the design and nothing operational. The freelancer who knew how it all fit together had moved on.
The new Hoztlr is a deliberate answer to that pattern. Not a bigger hosting package, and not another creative studio — an accountable operational partner that knows your website, owns the unglamorous parts and stays around after launch.

You own your assets
Domains, accounts, data and code belong to the customer. We manage what you own. If you leave, everything is handed over cleanly with documentation — that is a point of principle, not a concession.
Documented beats remembered
A website setup that lives in one person's head is a business risk. We write things down so your setup survives staff changes, supplier changes and emergencies.
Prevented beats fixed
Most website emergencies are maintenance failures with a delay. Backups, updates and monitoring are boring right up until they save a week.
Plain English, honest boundaries
We explain causes and options in the language of business, and we say when something is outside what we do. A recommendation you cannot verify is marketing; one you can is advice.
Operational transparency
How we earn trust while we are young.
A relaunched business has no track record to point at. So we show our working instead: the practices that produce reliability, published in the open.

- Monitoring checks the site as a customer experiences it
- Every managed setup has a written record, kept current
- Changes are made with a backup taken first, tested where possible

- No invented testimonials, customer logos or review counts — social proof only when it is real
- No holding domains or data hostage to keep clients
- No 24/7 or SLA claims we cannot yet evidence
- No pretending to be a full-service marketing agency
- No keyword-stuffed landing pages or search-equity gimmicks
When genuine customer stories exist, this site will carry them. Until then, we would rather be verifiably honest than convincingly decorated.
